Liz Staley, Steering Committee Member

Although she has lived in Echo Park for 24 years, it took Liz about five years to realize that the stairs to Quintero Ridge were literally six houses away. Once Liz discovered this, she began walking through Elysian Park every day and has learned a lot about the trees, birds and native plants.

Liz is regularly volunteers to water the Marian Harlow Memorial Grove and helps supports special events at the Victory Memorial Grove. Liz works in the entertainment industry and also volunteers with many other organizations.

Liz hopes to improve our Committee’s outreach programs, including recruiting new members and developing park tours.
